From Fisk to Meharry

Dr. Anthony Price earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Fisk University before going on to Meharry Medical College, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery. The son of a dentist and an artist, he grew up with both clinical precision and a visual eye modeled for him at home, and both show up in how he practices today: careful diagnosis paired with an artist’s attention to shape, symmetry and color.

Dr. Price was featured on Memphis’s Action News 5 for his work with the Buried Alive Project, an organization focused on criminal justice reform. In the segment, he gave a new smile to a man who had recently been released after incarceration. Dr. Price has said the change was never really about appearance alone, it was about “what makes you feel good,” and that the moment stayed with him personally as well.

The Veneer Mastery Course

Dr. Price also trains other dentists, teaching the techniques behind his veneer work through his Veneer Mastery Course. It’s a way of extending his standards beyond his own chairside, helping other dentists avoid common mistakes and raise the level of cosmetic work in the field.

Dr. Price is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. Family time, at home or on family adventures, is where he recharges outside of the practice.
